TryBet (“we”, “us”) operates a licensed sports pool-betting service. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights. TryBet is a South African betting product. For privacy questions or data requests, email support@trybet.app.
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the product — for example payment processors (such as Ozow), cloud infrastructure (Firebase / Google Cloud), and identity verification vendors. We do not sell your personal information.
As a licensed betting service we retain certain identity, KYC, transaction, and betting records for the minimum periods required by applicable South African law. Other account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised when no longer required, subject to those legal holds.
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and restrict access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
TryBet is for users 18 years and older only. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
